Our commitment

[Company Ltd.] ("Facefluence") runs facefluence.com and the Facefluence web app at app.facefluence.com (including the installable web app) [and the Facefluence iOS and Android apps]. We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use Facefluence on their own.

Standards we follow

We design and test against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. In Israel we follow Israeli Standard SI 5568 (Part 1, 2023, level AA, and Part 2 for documents) under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013. For EU procurement we also report against EN 301 549 V3.2.1. Conformance status: [Fully / Partially] conformant. "Partially" means some content does not yet conform; see Known limitations.

What we have done

  • Full keyboard access with a visible focus indicator and skip links.
  • Tested with NVDA and JAWS (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS, iOS) and TalkBack (Android).
  • Headings, labelled form fields and clear error messages; text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • Colour contrast at AA; text resizes to 200% and content reflows on small screens.
  • Hebrew (right-to-left) and English, with the language and direction set on every page.
  • Respects your "reduce motion" setting; no flashing content.
  • Video player: keyboard controls, a captions button next to Play, no autoplay with sound.
  • Creation tools: automatic Hebrew and English captions on every video (including meaningful sounds), SRT/WebVTT caption export, a transcript for every video, an optional audio-description track, a check that on-screen text is also spoken, and description fields for images and logos you upload.
  • Our own marketing videos have captions and transcripts. Invoices and legal documents are available in accessible formats.
  • Extra accessibility settings (larger text, higher contrast, underlined links, stop animations) — comforts, not a replacement for the above.

Known limitations

  • [Timeline drag-and-drop: use the Move earlier / Move later buttons on each shot card instead.]
  • [Previews of videos still rendering do not show captions until rendering finishes.] We plan to fix these by [date]. Until then, contact us and we will do the task for you or send the information in another format.

Content our customers create

Videos, images and text that customers create or upload are the customer's responsibility. We give you tools to make them accessible: captions, transcripts, audio description and an accessible template. When you publish an ad, also put the offer details as text on your landing page.

Accessibility Conformance Report

A VPAT® 2.5Rev (INT edition) Accessibility Conformance Report is available on request: [link/email].
